My journey began in 1996 in Ireland, where I worked as a contractor and property developer, specializing in tax-based investment properties. Over the years, I built and sold over 200 properties, including investment units, holiday homes, and residential houses. This experience gave me a strong foundation in property valuation, market trends, and strategic development.In 2004, I took my career to Dubai, a vibrant and fast-paced real estate market. As a broker, I focused on commercial and investment properties, managing assets for overseas investors until 2016. This chapter not only broadened my understanding of international real estate dynamics but also honed my skills in negotiation and asset management.
After moving to the United States, I initially explored the tech sector but soon returned to my first love—real estate. I purchased, renovated, and currently manage multiple properties, offering both Airbnb and long-term rental options. This hands-on approach has provided me with invaluable insights into property management and investment strategies, ensuring I bring practical, results-oriented advice to every client interaction. Beyond my professional life, I am a passionate golfer and horse racing enthusiast.
